On-Time Quality Improvement in Long Term Care.
Purpose: Re-engineer the nursing home's workflow processes around pressure ulcer prevention and integrate health information technology. Implementation in progress across the US (approximately 80 nursing homes in 2008) including concentrated implementations in California (16 current and adding 20), New York (16), and Washington, DC (15).
Nursing Home IT.
Purpose: Integrate HIT implementation and quality improvement activities in 15 nursing homes around the country.
Clinical Process Redesign & Improvement: Hospital Case Management.
Purpose: Analyze patient flow in the hospital and facilitate redesign of inpatient case management processes.
